Position Summary & Role

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the recruiter will be responsible for representing our patient-centered mission and vibrant organizational culture to prospective candidates. Serving as a consultative partner to hiring leaders—renowned experts in the life sciences industry—the recruiter will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and retaining diverse, top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Defines and reinforces a consistent recruiting process that results in a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This includes hiring manager search strategy discussions, interview team prep/debrief sessions, and use of behavior-based interviewing skills and assigned competencies.
  • Builds critical cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others across Resilience.
  • Develops and implements a search strategy, ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against set criteria.
  • Makes appropriate offer recommendations and execute on a closing approach.
  • Monitors competitive intelligence and trends for design creative and proactive sourcing strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma or technology company
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate well at a high velocity and provide clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Customer-service and solutions-oriented focus
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment

  • Aptitude and a willingness to learn the nuances of assigned roles

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
