About the Role:
Start your career in medical technology with our 12-month Field Clinical Specialist Graduate Program in Neuromodulation.
You will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals, providing clinical and technical support for innovative Neuromodulation therapies. Through hands-on experience, training, and mentoring, you will develop the skills to become a trusted clinical partner to our customers.
The role is field-based, covering German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, with regular travel across the region.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Clinical and Commercial Support: Under close supervision, serve as a resource for clinical and technical support during surgical procedures and patient follow-up visits, supporting physicians in the use of our systems.
Assist in educating customers on the proper clinical use of company products by participating in presentations, demonstrations and congresses.
Team up with Account Managers to meet existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions working with other related personnel (e.g. sales, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions
Manage product inventory and maintain accurate customer information and activities in the CRM system.
What Are We Looking For In You:
University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a comparable field.
Strong interest in patient care and medical technology, with enthusiasm for working in a clinical environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to patients, understand their concerns, and explain medical procedures, therapies, and device-related information in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Customer-focused, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Professional working proficiency in German, Italian, and English.
High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%); ideally based in German-speaking Switzerland or Ticino.
