As our Office Services Support for Türkiye, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding workplace experience for our employees. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting our Office Services team in Istanbul.


You'll support facilities operations, workplace initiatives, employee experience, vendor management, budgeting, and Environment, Health & Safety activities, helping maintain a safe, efficient and collaborative working environment.


Work model, sponsorship, relocation

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include

Workplace & facilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of Boston Scientific offices across Türkiye.
  • Coordinate facility services, office supplies, reception support and workplace maintenance.
  • Partner with landlords, building management and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as a key contact for employee workplace requests.

Office operations & financial support

  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, supplier payments and contract administration.
  • Maintain operational reports, spend tracking and budget summaries.
  • Support office projects and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.

Employee experience

  • Help organize onboarding activities, office events, town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating a welcoming, collaborative workplace environment.

Real estate & workplace planning

  • Support lease administration, office planning and workplace strategy initiatives.
  • Monitor workplace utilization and provide data to support future planning.

Environment, Health & Safety

  • Support compliance with Boston Scientific EH&S standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate safety documentation, audits, emergency preparedness activities and sustainability reporting.
  • Assist with workplace safety communications and committee activities.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration, facilities coordination, workplace services or a similar role.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical skills with experience supporting budgets, purchase orders and operational reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Teams.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational organization.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ariba or similar purchasing systems.
  • Interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled tools and process automation.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety or facilities compliance.
