As a Sr. Sales Representative in Interventional Cardiology (IC), you will partner with physicians and cath lab teams to support coronary procedures, provide clinical expertise, and contribute to business growth across your assigned territory. Our portfolio includes coronary stents, drug-coated balloons, specialty balloons, coronary atherectomy systems, and intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), helping physicians deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.
[Purpose Statement]
Support business growth by promoting Boston Scientific products, providing clinical support during procedures, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
[Key Responsibilities]
Achieve sales objectives by effectively promoting Boston Scientific products within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and other hospital stakeholders
Provide clinical and procedural support during PCI cases, including atherectomy, specialty balloons, and IVUS-guided procedures
Deliver product education and in-service training to support safe and effective product use
Identify opportunities to expand product utilization within existing accounts and support new business development
Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer support
Conduct all business activities in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
[Required Qualifications]
Bachelor's degree or above
2–7 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
Cardiovascular or cath lab experience is preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Willingness to learn complex coronary procedures and innovative medical technologies
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
[Preferred Qualifications]
Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience supporting cardiovascular interventions or cath lab procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
