| The position of Clinical Specialist (CS) will be responsible for assisting with day-to- day management of various clinically related matters involving the use of company’s neuromodulation devices.   Responsibilities:  Assist with education, implantation and on-going clinical support of chronic pain patients identified for implantation with Nalu products in both the office and operating room settingsAttend implant and trial cases in region (and sometimes outside of designated region) as assigned by managerProvide effective educational presentations to customers (physician and patient) regarding the Nalu products and programsRecognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company's productsBuild strong clinical relationships with target customers and key opinion leadersRespond to physician and patient requests and resolve issues in a prompt and effective mannerWork with the sales and management teams to identify training needs for new and existing customersAttend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and servicesManage expenses and operate within stated company policies and proceduresMaintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image   Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree or commensurate relative work experience, nursing background desiredMinimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience preferably within the neuromostimulation or interventional pain fieldsSelf-starter who can work independently without much supervision and directionDemonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including impactful support of sales team and objectivesPrior experience working with pain patients desiredAbility to troubleshoot and problem solveAbility to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team membersAbility to travel 75%+ within and out of assigned geographic region Must have a valid driver’s license
