WeClean Group is looking for experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisors for day and night shifts across NYC. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

* Supervise and support cleaning staff across assigned locations

* Inspect work to ensure company quality standards are met

* Train employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

* Assist with cleaning duties when needed

You are a good fit for this position if you have:

* Previous professional cleaning experience

* Supervisory or team leadership experience

* Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

*Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

* Day shift and/or night shift, two consecutive days of day-off per week

* Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Education:

High school diploma (Preferred)

Prior cleaning experience is required for this position.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
