Customer Service Representative

MyClean is a tech enabled leading home and office cleaning services provider in the NYC and Chicago metro areas. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to play an essential role in the customer experience. You will be the voice of MyClean, responsible for all customer inquiries, and for keeping our customers happy. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. This position is an entry point to a fulfilling career. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.

Job Duties:

Communicate with customers over email, chat, and phone and ensure their inquiries and issues are resolved.

Summarize customer interactions or transactions, recording key details of inquiries, issues, and actions taken.

Identify common customer challenges and proactively find ways to improve our services and processes.

Take part in the “on-call” rotation for urgent customer requests.

Collaborate with both office and field staff in a professional and friendly manner to solve complex, time-sensitive challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

English fluency – Required.

Spanish fluency – Preferred.

Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency – Required. You will be tested during the interview process.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Required.

Full-time availability – Required

Currently holding or enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree/ Associate degree program (is preferred)
