Job Description

As a Business Development Manager focused on our Snowflake channel, you’ll be set up to thrive, receiving elite sales, product, and data industry training. With hands-on coaching from seasoned sales leaders, you’ll learn how to develop a Snowflake-specific sales strategy, drive meaningful connections with Snowflake customers, engage in consultative selling, and become a trusted advisor in the identity resolution space.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Chief Business Officer to identify high-priority target accounts within the Snowflake ecosystem
  • Prospecting, educating, and qualifying Snowflake customers to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Developing and leveraging relationships with Snowflake sales representatives for joint selling opportunities
  • Effectively using Hubspot, Crossbeam and LinkedIn to execute daily workflows
  • Becoming a trusted advisor by growing relationships with prospects
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding your quota of 10 qualified demos per month
  • Staying current on Snowflake product updates, marketplace offerings, and partnership opportunities

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Understanding and excitement about the ad tech ecosystem
  • Previous success selling data warehouse tools like Snowflake, Databricks, GCP is a major plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Positive and energetic communication skills (strong phone presence, listening, and writing)
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity tools (Google Workspace and CRM systems
  • Resilient, self-motivated personality with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
