Responsibilities
MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our growing global team. In this role, you will focus on the following:
- Leads sales efforts for MaxLinear in the China region, responsible for customer engagement, and management, opportunity development, and revenue growth
- Identify and develop to complete new opportunities at existing and new customers to meet Company targets
- Convert Leads to Wins, support customers at every stage of the process, starting from the design till mass production
- Prepare sales strategies and action plans regarding key accounts and negotiate and close contracts with customers
- Establish and maintain long-term and stable core customer cooperation relationships. Conduct regular customers return visits, technical exchanges and demand surveys. Interfaces directly with customers to understand requirements and promote MaxLinear semiconductor solutions
- Real-time collection information on technological innovations, customers' new project planning, competitor dynamics, policy changes in the telecom and data center industries.
- Collaborate closely with the internal product team, including but not limited to providing the feedback of customers' requirements on performance, compatibility and other aspects, supporting marketing team for product price strategy and promotion plan
- Work with corporate MaxLinear team to enable accurate and timely forecasting, revenue tracking, quality support, quotations and general customer support backlog management
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years sales experience within the semiconductor industry
- Deep semiconductor industry experience, strong technical knowledge in ICs and systems, especially on telecom and datacenter
- Good problem-solving skills and cross-department collaboration capabilities
- Strong customer development capabilities, communication and expression skills, and business negotiation skills
- Strong sense of purpose, able to withstand sales performance pressure, with good pressure resistance and self-drive
- Good English skills
