Description
WebMD Health Services is part of the WebMD family. We have been designing well-being programs for employers and health plans for over 20 years. Our mission is to empower organizations and their populations to improve well-being through personalized, strategic partnerships.
- Lead, manage and grow the Wellness Champion Network in partnership with the South Carolina based Well-being Program Manager.
- Plan and execute onsite events, including health fairs and local wellness initiatives.
- Lead weekly meditation sessions, stretch breaks, and other onsite wellness activities.
- Coordinate and lead onsite flu clinics, biometric screenings and blood pressure checks.
- Partner with the onsite fitness center manager to plan and lead wellness events.
- Coordinate and lead well-being meetings, webinars, and internal/external communications.
- Collaborate with employee resource groups to promote health and wellness programs.
- Build relationships to drive support from key stakeholders.
- Develop tailored recommendations for well-being initiatives.
- Support program evaluation, performance reviews, and wellness strategy development.
- Manage ongoing wellness programs and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure the effective execution of health education programs.
- BA / BS in health-related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of wellness coordinating, or similar client facing experience required
- Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, budgeting, and computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple client stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment
- Certified Yoga instructor and relevant experience
- Strong understanding of behavior change theory
- Strong program planning skills
- Business and technology services experience
- Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts
