Work Timings: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real-Time Analyst (RTA) with a strong foundation in Excel-based reporting, operational coordination, and data analysis. The role will focus on real-time monitoring, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking while leveraging analytical tools to support workforce and operational decision-making.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in MIS reporting, Operations, and Clients and Partners coordination, along with developing skills in data analytics and visualization.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Real-Time Operations Monitoring
- Monitor daily operations, including agent activities, queues, and task progress
- Track delivery/service timelines and proactively highlight delays or deviations
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely resolution of real-time issues
- Ensure adherence to schedules and operational SLAs
2. MIS Reporting & Data Management (Core Focus)
- Maintain and update daily operational data using Excel trackers and reporting tools
- Track key performance metrics such as SLA adherence, task completion status, and operational exceptions
- Generate daily and weekly MIS reports with clear summaries and actionable insights
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
3. Data Analysis & Dashboard Support
- Analyze data trends to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support dashboard creation using Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas) and Power BI (basic visualizations)
- Assist in data cleaning, structuring, and preparation for reporting purposes
- Work with both sample and live datasets to derive meaningful insights
4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, clients, support teams, and BPO partners
- Track dependencies and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely closure
- Communicate performance updates, risks, and exceptions effectively
- Provide support in resolving operational queries
5. Process Improvement & Continuous Learning
- Apply analytical skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI) to enhance reporting efficiency
- Identify gaps in manual reporting processes and recommend improvements
- Support automation initiatives wherever applicable
- Continuously enhance reporting frameworks and data practices
Position Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory)
- Data tracking and management
- Basic to intermediate formulas
- Pivot Tables
- Basic knowledge of:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python (optional, for data handling)
- Understanding of data cleaning and structuring techniques

Experience & Background
