Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Run daily status meetings with Account Managers to understand challenges with project launches and determine realistic launch dates.
- Follow-up with internal teams including sales, sales ops, production, finance on deliverables that need resolution.
- Compile weekly reporting for Executive Management that highlights changes to launch dates and current backlog figures.
- Complete launch date changes in EOS.
- Provide on-going monitoring of operating performance, highlighting any issues / opportunities and providing recommendations when needed.
- Work with the Marketing Delivery team to understand challenges with meeting delivery goals and determine risks and opportunities.
- Prepare marketing watch reports weekly to distribute to Executive Management
- Meet weekly to track and manage performance of Integrated Campaigns
- Prepare on hold report-review with Sales Management and Sales Ops weekly
- Provide financial data and PowerPoint presentation assistance for Executive Management meetings.
- Establish quarterly launch baseline and analyze performance at quarter-end.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a reporting analysis capacity supporting multiple groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures from beginning to end.
- MS Office experience a must –proficient in MS Excel.
- 4-year Bachelor's degree
