Overview:
As a Program Marketing Manager, you will act as the operational and strategic bridge in the marketing team .Your role is essential in ensuring alignment between campaign strategy, execution, quality control, and delivery. You will oversee the end-to-end campaign operations lifecycle while driving process optimization, team coordination, and marketing performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy Alignment & Execution Oversight
- Translate high-level marketing strategies into operational plans.
- Coordinate and assign campaign build tasks to team members.
- Ensure adherence to process and protocols across all campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of campaign execution.
- Program Management & Operational Excellence
- Gain hands-on understanding of the marketing plan execution plan.
- Establish & oversee SOPs for campaign builds, QA, reporting, and handovers.
- Monitor campaign SLAs, capacity planning, and issue resolution.
- Own WorkFront task workflows, SharePoint assets, and day-to-day operations.
- Reporting, Insights & Stakeholder Communication
- Lead recurring reporting on campaign performance, error rates, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure timely communications with stakeholders
- Act as the central point of contact for escalations, coordination, and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- 7+ years in digital marketing / campaign management operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud/Google analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WorkFront, SharePoint, YouTrack.
- Strong working knowledge of CDP platforms and digital marketing channels (email, programmatic, social).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deadline-driven project cycles.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
