Digital Imagery Coordinator

The Digital Imagery Coordinator assists in maintaining, updating and populating the complete image and digital asset library for Frames Data. Review daily/weekly image reports & audits, resolve image errors/issues, prepare and confirm image contracts, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
• Resolve issues in daily reports: Asset Errored Report; Report for images copied to the web servers; and Assets added to Emtermedia
• Update VTO and QA missing reports
• Reassign images promptly as reported in the weekly Panorama notification
• Manage the "Samples to Send" process
• Retrieve and process (clone, rename) all StudioBox and custom images as needed (for catalogs, websites, EyeRep, etc.)
• Resolve image discrepancies in the database and troubleshoot retrieval/population issues
• Prepare image fill-rate reports and act on results
• Retrieve and supply images for catalogs and the CPP department when files are needed
• Manage the Supplied Images process, including the "No QA" list by manufacturer
• Prepare and manage custom imagery contracts; update the job log, CPP runsheet, and Salesforce entries
• Create templates and execute contracts via DocuSign
• Support data analytics and build Power BI dashboards
• Serve as backup for the automated photography setup as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' related experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required; database software, digital asset management systems and/or Photoshop preferred.
  • Strong data/analytics skills, building Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce for record updates and tracking.
  • Experience creating DocuSign templates and managing/executing contract workflows
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines
  • Effective multi-tasker who works well with minimal supervision with a proven ability to meet productivity output metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player with outstanding customer service, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must be self-directed, comfortable seeking and taking direction, and function effectively as part of a larger, multi-disciplinary team
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in an office environment required
Travel:
  • No travel required

Compensation: $48,739/yr.
