Job Summary

We’re looking for an Associate Events Marketing Manager to join our Audience Engagement team and help power the success of our live medical programs. In this role, you’ll be at the center of campaign strategy and execution — driving registrations, boosting audience engagement, and making sure our events are seen by the right healthcare professionals.
It’s a role where creativity meets data: you’ll get hands-on with email, social, and digital campaigns while tracking performance and making real-time optimizations. You’ll learn how to scale campaigns for national medical events, collaborate with sales and operations to ensure alignment, and work directly with leadership to hit quarterly goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web) to promote live events.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
  • Experiment with creative content and targeting strategies to keep audiences engaged.
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and reporting to keep campaigns on track.
  • Collaborate across teams to align marketing with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in event, digital, or multi-channel marketing (healthcare a plus, but not required).
  • Hands-on experience with email and social campaigns; curiosity about analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move quickly.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.

Compensation: $68,000–$75,000
