Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience

Experience : 3+ years

Skills, qualifications and experience required :
  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following: data/analytics, CRM analysis, marketing operations, or database marketing
  • Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, YouTrack, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle a large volume of requests
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, process-driven environments
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

Main duties and responsibilities :

Audience Targeting – Program Manager is a key member of the global Medscape Professional business. This role oversees end-to-end targeting processes and serves as the primary source of audience segmentation insights for marketing and other internal teams. You will be responsible for extracting, creating, segmenting, updating, and optimizing HCP audience lists used in our marketing engagement campaigns. Collaboration with marketing, business intelligence, and data teams is essential to ensure accurate and timely audience building and setup for our digital marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Audience Targeting & Strategy

  • Responsible for the construction of healthcare professional (HCP) audiences for direct-to-physician digital marketing campaigns
  • Manipulate data to support marketing audience construction and analysis
  • Coordinate and manage audience creation processes, including submitting internal targeting requests, audience setup, and analyzing data outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (program marketing, marketing solutions, BI, etc.) to define audience criteri
  • Develop and maintain documentation for list generation processes and audience definition
  • Build a strong understanding of Medscape’s proprietary targeting capabilities, data tools, and product offerings
  • Partner with marketing and data teams to maintain and enhance audience segmentation strategies
