The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for channel strategy, campaign execution, and funnel conversion across our global B2B marketing organization. This role will develop, and scale integrated digital marketing programs that build high-quality pipeline, accelerate lead conversion, and drive B2B eCommerce growth.
The Sr. Manager will manage a team of digital specialists and serve as the central point of expertise for paid media, SEO, web experience, lifecycle programs, and campaign orchestration. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital team—mentoring current talent while helping to expand capabilities as the team grows.
What You'll Do
Own digital channel strategy across paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, social, and web to deliver measurable impact on pipeline growth, conversion, and revenue.
Develop integrated digital campaigns aligned to business priorities, designed to generate measurable pipeline and sales opportunities.
Design and scale lifecycle programs (nurture, retargeting, CRM integration) that build relationships, accelerate funnel progression, and support eCommerce growth.
Oversee agency partnerships, managing budgets, contracts, and performance for paid media, SEO, and web to ensure strategies are innovative, cost-effective, and results driven.
Lead and develop two direct reports while mentoring the broader marketing team, fostering growth, sharing expertise, and helping others build new capabilities.
Enable global reach, equipping regional teams with playbooks, assets, and expertise to adapt global campaigns into impactful local execution.
Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations, aligning on lead quality, funnel definitions, and reporting accuracy to ensure shared pipeline and revenue goals.
Embed a culture of experimentation, driving structured testing and continuous optimization across channels and funnels, leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights to scale results
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure campaigns and lifecycle programs create seamless pathways for commercial customers to place orders online through self-service.
Translate data into action, leveraging analytics and reporting tools to measure effectiveness and guide future digital strategies.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including digital strategy and pipeline accountability.
Proven record of owning digital channel strategy and delivering measurable pipeline/revenue results.
Experience managing agency relationships, budgets, and contracts.
Strong partnership experience with Sales and Revenue Operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members.
Expertise in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integration with an understanding of how to leverage AI-enabled tools for optimization and efficiency
Proficiency in analytics platforms and data-driven marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
SEO expertise with experience managing email marketing and automation programs.
Familiarity with Pardot (or similar platforms) a plus.
Prior experience collaborating with creative agencies.
Passion for the fitness industry and knowledge of products a plus.
Experience in global marketing environments.
Background in product manufacturing/durable goods highly desirable.
