About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about fitness and ready to grow your career in B2B sales? Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for a highly organized, driven Territory Sales Representative to lead growth in the Multi-Unit Housing market across Southern Florida. In this role, you’ll focus on building relationships with property developers, ownership groups, and management companies to bring best-in-class fitness experiences to where people live.
You’ll be in the field at least 3 days a week, driving business in a growing segment—with the possibility of expanding into other vertical markets in the future.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and close business opportunities with apartment communities, developers, and property managers
Be on the road at least 3 times per week, meeting customers and building territory presence
Manage the full sales cycle—from consultative discovery to installation and ongoing support
Use Salesforce to track pipeline and manage account activity
Deliver on revenue targets while providing strategic, solutions-based sales experiences
Stay informed on trends in fitness, housing amenities, and the broader vertical market landscape
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of sales or business development experience (B2B strongly preferred)
Experience in real estate, property management, or amenity-focused industries is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Based in or near Fort Lauderdale or Miami
Consultative sales style with excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual preferred

At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $46,200 - $63,000 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Miami, FL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in Life Fitness / Hammer Strength’s Sales Incentive Plan with monthly commission eligibility, in addition to base salary.
