Our Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist in the implementation of best practices, internal controls, process improvements, drive performance analysis, produce global presentations for management and ensure accurate reporting in the Accounts Receivable function. This individual will assist the team with cash receipt/application, cash reconciliation and establishment of customer accounts. This important function will participate in the creation of our accounting records for accounts receivable, ensure they are accurate and appropriate, participate in the daily activities of cash application and provide value added analysis to maximize receivables performance.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL. M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days #LI-Hybrid

Drive Process Improvements:

· Review and improve policies and procedures to ensure that daily checks, credit cards, and ACH/EFT/wire transactions are posted accurately, timely and appropriately to the correct account and reconciled without exception

· Manage internal controls for cash receipt/application and daily/weekly reports to monitor compliance

· Utilize system capabilities and innovative technologies to create efficiencies, eliminate manual work and reduce errors in the cash application and account set up function

· Manage processes for exception handling of NSF payments and ensure they controlled

· Manage processes to eliminate check receipt in headquarter office, monitor effectiveness

· Manage and develop efficient Credit Card Chargeback notifications and proper accounting adjustments are complete

· Manage processes to ensure credit card transactions are consistently effective, and develop solutions for exceptions

· Assist in best practices deployment for international subsidiaries regarding AR

Drive Performance Analysis and Reporting:

· Develop and produce monthly Customer Finance performance analytics to highlight areas of improvement, drive change while ensuring timeliness and accuracy

· Complete monthly Global Customer Finance presentations consolidating key credit/collections metrics from our International Subsidiaries for Senior Management, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

· Analyze the accounts receivable processing of funds received and determine key metrics to measure performance and drive improvements

· Test, analyze and adjust regularly key internal controls to ensure best practices

· Assist with accounts receivable reconciliations and monthly bank account reconciliations

· Understand all reconciling items and provide required backup documentation

· Reconcile and manage intercompany accounts

· Ensure aging reports, posted and accurate as they impact department goals

· Produce all month end accounting entries/reports as required and assist with the accounting close process

· Monitor and control the commercial unapplied account and ensure we actively clear balances assigning them to the correct account in a timely basis

· Analyze and produce monthly borrowing base calculation and support annual bank audit

· Support all financial audit and sales tax audit requests and questions

· Special projects and analysis regarding credit, collection, leasing and international as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or equivalent experience required

· A minimum of 2 years of accounting and/or AR experience

· Prior/current exposure to global AR transactions and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Operations, Manufacturing and Treasury highly preferred

· Oracle Cloud experience preferred, proficiency in Oracle Cash Management desired

· Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience crafting executive-level reports and presentations
