As we expand internationally and deepen partnerships with enterprise-scale organizations, including publicly traded U.S. companies, we are looking for a highly technical Senior Engineering Lead to help architect and scale the next generation of our platform.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is an opportunity to directly shape platform architecture, engineering standards, scalability strategy, and international deployment readiness while leading a growing Taiwan engineering team.

Your Impact
In this role, you will:
- Help architect scalable systems supporting global commerce operations
- Lead and mentor a growing Taiwan engineering organization
- Drive platform scalability, multi-tenant infrastructure, and operational automation
- Build systems supporting marketplaces, affiliate commerce, distributors, and enterprise partners
- Influence long-term engineering strategy and technical direction
- Collaborate directly with company leadership on infrastructure and growth initiatives
- Help modernize and scale systems designed for international expansion
What You’ll Work On
Platform Architecture & Scalability
- Design and improve scalable backend and platform architecture
- Build systems supporting commerce, affiliate, and distributor workflows at scale
- Drive multi-tenant and white-label infrastructure readiness
- Improve reliability, observability, deployment processes, and scalability
- Reduce technical debt while modernizing systems incrementally
Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Taiwan engineering team
- Define engineering best practices and long-term technical standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable technical systems
- Support hiring and engineering team growth initiatives
Automation & Enterprise Systems
- Build APIs, integrations, operational tooling, and automation systems
- Integrate AI tooling and workflow automation into operational systems
- Support enterprise deployment readiness and international scalability
- Build infrastructure supporting future global white-label deployments
Required Qualifications
- 7–15 years of software engineering experience
- 2–3+ years leading or managing engineers or technical teams
- Strong backend architecture and system design experience
- Strong Node.js / JavaScript expertise
- Experience with SQL database architecture and optimization
- Experience with NoSQL systems (MongoDB preferred)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
- Experience with Redis and caching systems
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment workflows
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhook-driven systems
- Strong debugging and production problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable operating in high-ownership, fast-moving environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Stripe, logistics, or shipping systems
- Experience building marketplaces, subscription systems, affiliate systems, or fintech-like infrastructure
- Experience with multi-region or globally deployed systems
- Experience with multi-tenant or enterprise white-label architecture
- Experience integrating AI APIs and workflow automation
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Experience modernizing legacy systems incrementally
- Strong English communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- NT$2,100,000 – NT$3,000,000 annual compensation
- Paid as 12-month base salary (no separate bonus structure)
