As a Forward Deployment Engineer at Keiji AI, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI products and our enterprise customers. You'll work directly with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research institutions to deploy TrialMind in production environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-Stack Development: Build custom integrations, dashboards, and workflows tailored to customer needs
• Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand their clinical workflows and translate them into technical solutions
• Technical Implementation: Deploy and configure TrialMind in customer environments with security and compliance in mind
• Product Feedback: Bring customer insights back to the product team to shape the roadmap
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to customer teams
