As a Member of Technical Staff at Keiji AI, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI agents and large language models (LLMs) for clinical research applications.

You will work on the full stack of AI development, including:

• LLM Post-Training: Fine-tuning and adapting large language models for clinical and biomedical domains
• Synthetic Data Generation: Creating high-quality training data for specialized clinical NLP tasks
• Reinforcement Learning: Implementing RLHF and other alignment techniques for safe, reliable AI outputs
• Agentic Systems: Building multi-agent architectures that can reason, plan, and execute complex clinical workflows
• Production Deployment: Scaling AI systems for enterprise customers in regulated healthcare environments
