ROLE OVERVIEW
The product manager will own the development and prioritisation of ivee's product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build tools and programmes that drive real AI adoption in the workplac
e.You will translate customer insight, business goals, and market signals into clear product decisions - balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable with ambiguity, confident making decisions with imperfect information, and motivated by seeing users genuinely benefit from what they build.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own the product roadmap, balancing user needs with business priorities
- Work with engineering and design teams to ship features on time and to a high standard
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and synthesise insights into product decisions -
- Define success metrics for each product area and track performance post-launch
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure product supports sales and retention goals
- Communicate roadmap and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve user experience and drive engagement
- Stay close to market trends and competitor activity in the AI and edtech space
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consu
- ltingStrong written, verbal and collaboration skills
