AI Training Lead

  • Part-time (3 days/week, Tuesday - Thursday)
  • In-person in our office in Shoreditch, London
  • £35-£40k pro rata annual salary

Read more about the role below. If it sounds like you, apply via our short form (under 3 mins). You'll need your CV, a short intro video, and an example of how you actually use AI. We'd much rather see a killer AI workflow and intro video than a polished CV.

Who we are

ivee is an AI training and automations startup based in Shoreditch. We exist to help non-technical teams actually adopt AI. Our north star is simple: no-one should get left behind as AI changes the way we work.

We were recently called the "hottest startup in London" by Sifted. Our clients include Lucky Saint, Red Bull, and Virgin Media. We've been named the UK Government's primary AI upskilling events partner and have trained over 1,000 teams. We recently closed a $1M seed round backed by Steven Bartlett and partners at Microsoft AI, Balderton Capital, and Dawn Capital.

We move fast, we have high ownership, and we're led by co-founders Amelia Miller (Cambridge Fellow) and Lydia Miller (ex-Deloitte Ventures) - both recently named Forbes 30 Under 30 for ivee's social impact mission.

The opportunity

This is the person who stands at the front of the room - or the screen - and makes AI click for people.

You'll run ivee's training programmes: taking participants from "I don't really use AI" to genuinely capable, confident, and building with it. You'll host sessions, shape content, and move fast to respond to what's working and what's not. When a topic gets hot, you'll have a programme ready. When something isn't landing, you'll cut it.

This isn't a presenter role where you read from a deck. You'll need real depth - in AI tools, in how people learn, and in what organisations actually need from AI right now.

What you'll own

  • Delivering ivee's training programmes - the Core AI Programme, Claude Cowork Programme, and more, to both individuals and enterprise clients
  • Programme administration: registrations, feedback, follow-up emails, content iteration
  • Building new training programmes from scratch - based on what's in demand, what participants are asking for, and what's emerging in the AI landscape
  • Being ruthless about what's not working. If a programme isn't resonating, you'll flag it and help kill it fast.
  • Creating recorded educational content - video walkthroughs, tutorials, and explainers - in collaboration with our Social Media Manager, Abbie.

What we're looking for

  • Confident, engaging facilitator - you hold a room, you make complex things simple, and people leave your sessions fired up
  • Genuinely fluent in AI - not just ChatGPT prompts, but tools, workflows, and agentic systems. You use AI every day and you know the landscape well
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and pace - programmes will change, new topics will emerge, and priorities will shift. You move with it.
  • Organised enough to manage the admin without it slipping - registrations, feedback loops, follow-ups
  • Curious and opinionated about what good AI education looks like. You have views. You share them.

Background in L&D, training, education, or a related field is a plus - but we care far more about your AI fluency and your presence in a room than your credentials.

A note on AI fluency - this is non-negotiable

ivee is an AI-first company. We expect everyone on the team to use AI as a genuine multiplier. AI fluency will be assessed during the hiring process. If you're not already building workflows, experimenting with tools, and thinking hard about what AI makes possible, this probably isn't the right fit.

Why ivee, why now

We're operating at the centre of one of the most important shifts in the global economy - and the traction speaks for itself. This is a rare opportunity to shape how people actually learn to work with AI, at one of London's fastest-growing startups. We promote fast, trust early, and back the people who deliver.
