Role Overview
As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you drive the development and execution of product strategies across multiple product lines, balancing long-term planning with tactical execution. You work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to bring innovative products to market and enhance existing ones. Your role focuses on defining the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring that initiatives align with company objectives, delivering measurable business impact.
At this level, you lead high-impact, complex product initiatives that require cross-organizational alignment and coordination. You anticipate industry trends, leverage data-driven insights, and develop frameworks to scale product development. Your expertise allows you to influence company-wide product strategies while maintaining a strong customer focus.
You serve as a mentor to developing product team members, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Your ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels enables you to deliver transformative solutions that optimize the user experience and achieve business goals.
You utilize AI tools at every stage of the product development cycle to aggregate customer insights, rapidly prototype, document progress, validate designs, develop supporting materials, etc.

What you do each day:
Think. Define the product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives
- Anticipate market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape future product direction
- Establish scalable frameworks for prioritization and decision-making across teams
- Partner with leadership to influence company-wide product strategy
Explore. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop high-impact solutions
- Drive product innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Shape and refine user experience through research, user testing, and data-driven insights
- Guide go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless alignment across business units
Plan. Own and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, balancing strategic vision with short-term execution needs
- Lead planning cycles, setting clear priorities and success metrics for teams
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to leadership and key stakeholders
Build. Oversee execution of complex product initiatives, ensuring teams deliver high-quality features efficiently
- Remove roadblocks and improve processes to drive faster decision-making and execution
- Advocate for scalable solutions that support long-term growth and innovation
Launch & Learn. Lead and oversee large-scale product launches, ensuring smooth execution and adoption
- Monitor key performance indicators, identifying insights to drive continuous improvement
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and evolving business needs
- Mentor and support developing product team members as they grow in their roles, contributing to the growth of the product management team
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of complex product initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to influence across multiple product lines and business functions
- Expertise in using ‘growth stack’ tools (i.e., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
- Strong knowledge of agile development, product strategy, and UX best practices
- Ability to align multiple teams toward a shared vision while maintaining execution excellence
- Fluency in AI-infused Product Management practices (e.g., rapid prototyping using AI tools, incorporating AI aggregated customer feedback into roadmaps, etc.)

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $146,200 - $172,000 + equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
