Role Overview

As a Manager, FP&A you work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) business partners. You drive the budgeting/forecasting processes and provide strategic financial analysis to support business decisions for the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Teams. You collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to inform business decisions and drive alignment on financial goals. You lead by example, creating an environment of accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.

What you do each day:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and scenarios
  • Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own components of the company’s planning tools and drive improvements in financial processes
  • Deliver presentations and insights to executive leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Manage team deliverables, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities
  • Support preparation and analysis of consolidated P&L and variance commentary
  • Drive consistency and excellence across financial reporting, modeling, and analysis
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and lead the financial workstreams of high-impact projects
  • Guide and mentor junior team members

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or equivalent work experience (CFA, CMA, or MBA a plus)
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with model building and scenario planning in Workday Adaptive Planning strongly preferred
  • Experience handling large datasets (SQL experience is a plus)

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $112,000-$140,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
