About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support our US-based teams and play a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook’s culture and scaling our people strategy, reporting to the Director of HRBP in Tel Aviv.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact, company-wide initiatives that empower teams, support growth, and bring our core values to life. This role is hybrid to our SF office, 3 days per week in office.

Here are some things you’ll be working on:

  • Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance.
  • Lead organizational change: Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions.
  • Advise on employee relations: Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Drive core HR programs: Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law
  • Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude—especially when partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • High adaptability and resilience—you thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
