The Clinical Trial Assistant of Clinical Operations, initially reporting to the Director, Clinical Operations, will be responsible for acting as a central contact for the clinical study teams and assist with the clinical execution and management to support RevMed clinical trials.<br><br>Specifically, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul> <li>Assisting in the development, review, distributing, and archiving of study specific documents and reports (plans, training materials, study guides, manuals etc.). </li> <li>Assisting with updating and maintaining clinical systems and any reporting tools. </li> <li>Set up and maintenance of the trial master files (TMF) if applicable, or work with CRO to audit and resolve discrepancies. </li> <li>Create, maintain, and track information for key study related activities. </li> <li>Assisting in the preparation of meeting materials, scheduling meetings, and developing agendas, taking meeting minutes for internal clinical operation team meetings. </li> <li>Gathering investigator and site information, to support study start-up, maintenance and close out activities. </li> <li>Working with cross functional study teams, and vendors to assist in the coordination of clinical trial activities. </li> <li>Support other clinical operations activities as appropriate. <br><br> </li> </ul> <strong>Required Skills, Experience and Education:<br><br></strong><ul> <li>RN or bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related health related field required. </li> <li>1-3-years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. </li> <li>Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment. </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills. </li> <li>Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize options. </li> <li>Travel may be required (~25%). <br><br> </li> </ul> <strong>Preferred Skills: <br><br></strong><ul> <li>Experience in working with cooperative group studies and investigator sponsored trials, preferred. </li> <li>Experience in clinical operations or clinical research. </li> <li>Experience of Global clinical trial operations outside the USA. </li> <li>Knowledge of the APAC region. <br><br> </li> </ul>The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below.
