Drive the quality, speed, and strategic narrative development for high-stakes commercial real estate investment materials for our clients

Role Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Product Specialist will serve as the quality gatekeeper for Henry’s most sophisticated deliverables, validating, refining, and finalizing investment materials generated by our platform, including Offering Memorandums (OMs), Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), pitch decks, and equity/debt packages for institutional-grade transactions. You will blend deep underwriting fluency, valuation acumen, and design instinct with AI-augmented workflows to ensure output meets the standard of world-class advisory firms.

This role demands experience operating in a high-caliber, institutional environment and the ability to translate complex deal narratives into precise, investor-ready presentations. You will own end-to-end accountability for the accuracy, storytelling quality, formatting consistency, and delivery speed of our most important client materials, acting as the final layer of human intelligence on top of AI generation..

Core Responsibilities

Commercial Real Estate Deal Analysis

  • Analyze commercial real estate deals across all primary asset classes (Office, Retail, Multifamily, Industrial, and Hospitality)

  • Scrutinize and verify the accuracy of complex financial models, rent rolls, operating statements, and third-party reports

Investment Materials Production

  • Own the end-to-end refinement and review of the most important client-facing investment materials (OMs, BOVs, Debt Decks), ensuring perfect formatting, narrative flow, and brand consistency

  • Distill extensive financial and market data into concise, visually professional, and persuasive presentation decks and executive summaries

  • Ensure all materials are audience-specific and tailored to the customers (e.g., sales brokers; debt brokers etc.)

Quality Control & Mentorship

  • Serve as the final quality control checkpoint for high-priority decks, scrutinizing details to eliminate errors and hallucinations in formatting, analysis and messaging

  • Actively mentor and provide tactical, real-time feedback to junior team members on CRE financial modeling, deck structure, and narrative development

  • Develop and maintain internal best practices and SOPs for the highest-tier deal materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner directly with our client-facing teams (Sales, Account Management) to interpret client requirements and deliver custom, urgent, or highly-complex analyses

  • Act as a subject matter expert, serving as a primary internal resource for complex valuation issues and nuanced deal structuring

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • You consistently deliver institutional-quality investment materials that require zero revision from client-facing teams

  • The team trusts you as the final authority on complex presentation standards

  • Your output reflects understanding of the US commercial real estate transaction process

Who you are

  • You are excited to be on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, and want to help shape an industry changing product

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, or capital markets, with a substantial portion gained at a major US-based, institutional brokerage, investment bank, or principal investment firm

  • Demonstrable expertise in building, auditing, and manipulating complex underwriting and valuation models (DCF, IRR, cash flow projections)

  • You possess a proven track record of handling multiple concurrent, detailed projects under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable quality

  • You're in NYC or willing to relocate (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role)

  • You're ready to work 60+ hours a week because you're hungry, not because someone’s watching the clock
