Henry AI (growing 60% month over month) is looking for a razor-sharp UX designer who’s obsessed with turning ambitious, 0→1 product ideas into intuitive and elegant experiences for an AI native application. You’ll lead design across a fast-moving team where we ship to production and talk to users daily. If you thrive on ownership, sweat every detail from flow to feel, and love working face-to-face with builders, this is your shot.

What You’ll Do

• Own the UX End-to-End – Start from scratch with founders and users, prototype in Figma, get user feedback on prototypes, and guide implementation alongside engineers.
  

• Shape a 0→1 Product – Craft flows for entirely new categories of software—where no clear pattern exists, and great UX makes or breaks the product.
  

• Prototype, Ship, Repeat – Move fast from wireframe to live UI. Test hypotheses daily, and learn from real customer behavior.
  

• Up-level the Team – Establish design patterns, critique work rigorously, and raise the bar for our product quality as a whole.
  

Must Haves

• 5+ years designing UX for customer-facing products.
  

• A portfolio that shows off your product sense and design craft—especially zero-to-one work.
  

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers to ship production software.
  

• Expertise in using Figma to design high fidelity mocks
  

• A strong POV on usability, UX writing, and design systems.
  

• Comfort working full-time from our NYC office—design discussions are better in person.
  

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing AI-native workflows or LLM products.
  

• Prior 0→1 startup experience—owning ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.
