As a Dedicated Advisor on the Partner Success team, you will support the implementation, launch, and scaling of Helix’s population genomics programs across health systems, integrated delivery networks, health plans, and employer-sponsored healthcare initiatives. From defining and managing work plans to creatively solving cross-functional problems, you will play a critical role in helping our partners (and Helix) drive clinical and research value through large-scale genomics. You'll work closely with many teams at Helix – including Clinical, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Legal – to do this.
As a Manager, Health System Partnerships at Helix you will:
- Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor for health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored genomics partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across partner organizations
- Understand partner priorities, organizational structures, and workflows to identify opportunities for program optimization and growth
- Lead the onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs across health systems, health plans, and employer-sponsored initiatives
- Define and proactively manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Business Development, and external stakeholders to drive program execution, launch readiness, adoption, and long-term success.
- Develop scalable implementation processes, onboarding frameworks, and operational best practices to support partner growth
- Identify implementation risks, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to support scalability and execution
- Translate partner feedback and performance insights into operational improvements, suggested product enhancements, and stronger partnership health
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing strategic programs in the healthcare industry, ideally at a high growth company
- Process and workflow expertise. Knowledge of how to design and improve workflows
- Knowledge of the healthcare and / or life sciences markets and the key players and trends
- Experience using AI tools to scale throughput in a partner-facing or operations role, with a point of view on where AI changes how that work should run
- Team player able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across a broad range of functions and levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Travel Requirement: Up to 30%
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of or experience in genomics, genetic testing, or precision health programs
- Experience implementing population health or enterprise clinical programs at scale
- Familiarity with payer operations, value-based care models, and healthcare system workflows
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional healthcare implementations
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Tableau, or similar CRM/reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field

Expected Pay For This Role:
There are 3 distinct parts to your Helix offer: 1) Base Salary 2) Annual Bonus 3) Equity
- Expected Helix Base: $126,000 - $163,000
- Expected Helix Discretionary Annual Bonus: 10% of your annual salary

What To Expect During Your First 90 days:
- 30 Day
- During your first 30 days, you will focus on onboarding, training, and building relationships across the organization. You'll gain a strong understanding of the Helix mission, culture, products, services, and the impact we have on the communities we serve.
- Key objectives:
- Complete all required onboarding and role-specific training.
- Establish relationships with your team, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop a foundational understanding of Helix's products, workflows, and customer journey.
- Learn team processes, tools, and operating rhythms.
- Gain insight into how your role contributes to company and customer success.
- 60 Day
- By the 60-day mark, you will begin actively contributing to team initiatives and building confidence in core responsibilities. You'll deepen your understanding of Helix's operational processes, products, services, and implementation methodologies.
- Key objectives:
- Contribute meaningfully to ongoing projects and team deliverables.
- Demonstrate proficiency with team workflows and operational processes.
- Build a deeper understanding of Helix's capabilities and customer solutions.
- Successfully present:
- A Helix workflow implementation
- A Helix Hosted Consent (HHC) product demonstration
- An operational kickoff presentation deck
- Begin participating in customer-facing engagements with increasing independence.
- 90 Day
- By the end of your first 90 days, you will transition from learning and contributing to owning outcomes. You will work with your manager to establish ongoing goals and begin demonstrating measurable impact within your role.
- Key objectives:
- Develop and align on role-specific OKRs with your manager.
- Take ownership of projects, initiatives, and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Lead customer engagements with minimal oversight.
- Assume full ownership of assigned partner relationships without shadowing or chaperoning support.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently manage communications, problem-solving, and execution in support of partner success.
- Begin delivering measurable contributions aligned with the Helix mission and organizational goals.

The base pay range for this role is $126,000 – $163,000 per year.
