About the Role: We're seeking an Agency Growth Manager to drive FERMÀT's newly launched Agency Accelerator Program, a transformative initiative that's fundamentally reimagining how agencies leverage FERMÀT's post-ad-click platform to build sophisticated customer journeys. This role represents a unique opportunity to own and scale our agency ecosystem across three strategic tiers: our exclusive Prime partnership with Tinuiti ($4B+ in digital media under management), our Certified tier featuring industry leaders like Common Thread Collective and Kynship, and our Referral network including Hawke Media and Bamboo. As the first Agency GM, you'll be the driving force behind one of FERMÀT's core strategic priorities for 2025, working directly with agencies that are already using our platform in unprecedented ways. You'll help partners transition from spending weeks building funnels to creating high-converting customer experiences in minutes, while establishing FERMÀT as the essential platform for modern agency operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep agency expertise and a builder's mindset to this role, as you'll be responsible for scaling a program that's already seeing remarkable adoption from agencies managing millions in digital media spend. This is an individual contributor role with massive scope - you'll have the opportunity to shape how the next generation of agencies leverage FERMÀT's AI-powered post-click platform to drive unprecedented growth for their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of FERMÀT's newly launched Agency Accelerator Program across Prime, Certified, and Referral tiers

  • Own relationships and strategic initiatives with Tinuiti (Prime) and key Certified partners like CTC, Kynship, and adQuadrant

  • Create and execute playbooks that help agencies reduce funnel build time from weeks to minutes for their clients

  • Serve as the voice of the agency in product discussions to shape roadmap based on partner needs

  • Build scalable onboarding and certification programs that enable agencies to master FERMÀT within hours

  • Develop measurement frameworks to showcase platform impact and ROI for agency partners

  • Partner with agency teams to identify and document success stories and best practices

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive agency adoption

  • Own agency-specific content and resources to support partner growth and platform adoption

  • Maintain deep understanding of agency needs and market trends to inform company strategy

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in client-facing roles at high-growth technology companies or leading agencies

  • Strong track record of managing strategic agency relationships and driving partner success

  • Deep understanding of agency operations, particularly in performance marketing and ecommerce

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach to problem solving

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Bonus: Experience in post-click optimization, CRO, or marketing technology

  • Bonus: Experience building partnership programs or certification processes
