Job Summary:

As a Product Analyst, you will be part of our MCC Product Team that manages our NEXTGEN Coding Platform that is currently being used by both our internal users and our clients. The Product Analyst is primarily responsible for driving a well ideated set of features and user stories that will maximize coder efficiency and support strategic initiatives. Collaboration with offshore and onshore staff is required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assigned feature expertise and story or scenario writing
  • Own the entire lifecycle of assigned set of product features from development to delivery
  • Gather, analyze, and write product requirements based on stakeholder inputs
  • Partnership with design team and create user-centric wireframes
  • Write business epics, and user stories. Articulates the why and what with clearly written stories (Gherkin format)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as well as product, engineering, and operations leadership for successful implementation of the features
  • Writes feature documentation and release communication that is fully understood by audiences with support from the team
  • Engages constructively in brainstorming and other group meetings
  • Participate in Scrum meetings, product sprints and product meetings
  • Handle queries raised by the Support team and resolve them on a timely manner
  • Work with testers to manage defect resolution and product enhancements
  • Train staff on new functionality and share knowledge across the enterprise
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • An MBA in Healthcare Management or Operations Management or 2+ years of experience as Business or Product Analyst or Associate Product Manager
  • Significant experience working in an Agile Software Development environment and possesses knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Proficiency with MS Office and G-suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.) required
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proven excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • US Healthcare experience

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some standing, some bending, stooping and stretching, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment
  • Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
  • Work from an office location – Chennai
