Job Summary:
The Field Service Representative IV (FSR IV) serves as a senior technical authority and deployment lead for Epirus HPM-CUAS systems. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership, and operational experience to manage field deployments, oversee sustainment efforts, and drive system performance improvements. The FSR IV partners with engineering, logistics, and program leadership to ensure mission success and system readiness across domestic and international operations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as site lead for system installation, testing, and sustainment activities.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, oversee configuration management, and lead repair operations.
- Interface directly with customer and program leadership to provide status and recommendations.
- Lead training, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level FSRs, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Represent Field Operations during evaluations, demonstrations, and operational assessments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent experience. Some barriers to entry exist at this level, requiring department review.
- Extensive experience leading field sustainment, integration, or deployment of complex systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-tempo or deployed environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Active Secret clearance: TS/SCI preferred.
- Expertise with radar, RF, EW, or C-UAS systems.
- Experience in program-level sustainment, logistics, and configuration control.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and technical writing skills.
- FAA Part 107 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Routine manual lifting of objects 50-80 pounds such as boxes and other equipment. Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders; high lift equipment up to 40 feet, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects, operation of power and manual tools/equipment, and operating office equipment.
- Typical overseas assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment (PPE).
- This position will require overseas travel. Candidates should be willing to be on travel / TDY away from their home location 90 – 120-day durations, in hazardous duty locations.
- FAA Part 107 certification
