Role Overview: As a Business Operations Lead at Endless Health, you will be pivotal in scaling our operations from the ground up. Reporting directly to the co-Founder & CEO, and working closely with our VP of Engineering, Chief Product Officer, and Director of Sciences, you will drive our business development, sales, and growth strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the operations of a rapidly expanding health tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with our clinical partners, including onboarding, contract negotiation, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and tech stacks, and establish best practices for our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Development strategies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor our market entry and clinic onboarding efforts.
  • Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis to inform decision-making and author white papers on our central business theses.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance our business development and sales operations, such as CRM selection and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Background in the healthcare industry, with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new sectors.
  • PhD or MD with experience in clinical pathology, biochemistry, or molecular biology as a plus; and/or
  • MS/MA in clinical pathology, biochemistry, or molecular biology and 2-3 years experience in clinical chemistry, especially as it relates to clinical trials and prevention programs.
  • Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment or similar setting.
  • Based in the one of the hub areas of our team, with enthusiasm for a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to transform ambiguity into structured, actionable plans.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and visual mediums.
  • Proficient in using technical tools such as statistical analysis software, Google Sheets, and various sales/marketing platforms.
  • Ability to author white papers on topics relevant to Endless Health’s work.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 to $120,000, based on experience.
