Today, 100M Americans are forced to pick between forgoing the medical care that they need and taking on medical debt. At Doctours, we provide a third option: medical tourism. Our platform connects Americans with vetted and verified healthcare providers worldwide. We started with the hair, beard, and eyebrow transplant market but are hiring you to expand into IVF, dental, vision correction, and orthopedics. Our mission is to create a world where anyone, anywhere can access the best care without the barriers of cost or location.

The Opportunity

We've scaled to $200K/month in sales through influencer marketing alone. Now we need to pour fuel on the fire with paid acquisition. As our Founding GTM hire, you'll own the entire paid growth engine — strategy, creative, execution, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be the person who turns ad spend into patients and builds the playbook that scales Doctours into the category-defining medical tourism platform.

What You'll Do

  • Own Paid Acquisition End to End — Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (Search, YouTube, PMax). Full lifecycle from audience research through bid optimization and reporting.

  • Write High-Converting Copy — Ad copy, video scripts, hooks, headlines, landing pages, and email sequences. You're the voice of the brand in every paid touchpoint.

  • Build and Test Funnels Fast — Use AI tools to rapidly spin up landing pages, test new angles, and iterate on creative without waiting for engineering.

  • Own Attribution and Analytics — Set up attribution infrastructure, build dashboards, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions on budget allocation across channels.

  • Scale Into New Verticals — Develop the GTM playbook for each new market — identifying audiences, crafting positioning, and launching campaigns from scratch.

  • Collaborate With the Founding Team — Work directly with the CEO and early team to align paid growth with brand, product, and content strategy.

Who You Are

  • Deep, hands-on experience running high-spend campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google — you've personally managed six- or seven-figure monthly budgets and can show the results.

  • A sharp copywriter who can write ads that stop the scroll and landing pages that convert.

  • You spend more money on Claude than your rent. 

  • Deeply analytical with strong instincts — you can read a dashboard and spot what's working immediately, but you also trust creative intuition when the data is ambiguous.

  • A self-starter who thrives with full ownership. You don't need a manager to tell you what to test next.

  • Passionate about Doctours' mission to expand access to healthcare globally.

Location

This is a full-time position, in-person at our San Francisco HQ (we can make exceptions for stellar candidates who want to work remote)
