The role

Protect the company. You own every regulatory, accounting, fiduciary, licensing, audit, and security function, and you run compliance as software rather than as a checklist.

What you will own

• Multi-state licensing and renewals, surplus-lines tax filings, E&O, NIPR and Sircon

• Bookkeeping, AR and AP, carrier-statement and commission reconciliation, premium and fiduciary handling, and the monthly close

• The SOC 2 audit and the compliance platform, vendor risk, pentest remediation, and exam readiness

• The controls that wrap our automation, since our agents quote, bind, and email

What we are looking for

• 2 to 7 years. A sharp operator who builds systems works here, and so does a seasoned compliance lead

• P&C agency compliance with multi-state and surplus-lines licensing

• Accounting fluency: GAAP basics, commission accounting, ideally insurance trust or fiduciary accounting

• Hands-on experience taking a company through a SOC 2 audit

• Comfort running compliance as software, because our controls are automated
