Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Manages primary care schedule and works closely with primary care leads to ensure adequate appointment availability.
Coordinates primary care huddles and works with leads in the logistics involved for these events.
Attends the daily MESS huddle, gives reports and updates the lead physicians on important developments.
Answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Assists and helps coordinate onboarding new providers.
Assist Host team with schedule rollouts.
Schedules appointments and tracks primary care visits to ensure patient and appropriate team members are aware when certain visit thresholds are met.
Work closely with primary care providers and leads and shares relevant patient information.
Supports the primary care physician guild providers.
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Four year degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of employment in customer service related position
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification may be required.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven organizational skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team setting
Highly organized and excellent communication skills
Creative and flexible
Excellent follow-through and have strong task execution skills
Able to handle ambiguity when problem solving
Strong work ethic and take pride in detailed oriented approach to work
Thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Physical Job Requirements
May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.
Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
