Job Summary

Product at Crossover is a combination of technology, operations, and care delivery. The Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations must serve as both the bridge and the catalyst to help each of these functions to work seamlessly in delivering our care model at scale. This role will be responsible for implementing product strategy based on the vision and direction of Crossover’s key stakeholders; designing the processes, procedures, and infrastructure required to achieve our quadruple aim objectives; and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure that Crossover is best positioned in the current market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a cross-function system for defining, measuring and reporting out on Crossover’s key performance indicators

  • Understand the needs of and intersection between the medical group, operations, and product to ensure alignment around Crossover’s core strategy

  • Develop and socialize communications for senior leadership and internal stakeholders that promote alignment and engagement around Product’s initiatives (e.g., report outs, collaboration forums, meeting structure, etc)

  • Lead key strategic initiatives and projects within Product aligned with Corp goals and KPIs such as:

    • Leading the design and strategy for new innovative partnerships (e.g., Switchboard) or innovative capabilities (e.g., expansion into Occupational Health).

    • Creating and presenting an ROI story for these new investments

    • Monitoring key performance metrics of above programs and identifying / leading initiatives to improve these metrics

  • Gather, contextualize, and incorporate insights from the broader market (e.g., competitive intelligence, best practices) into Product’s decision making process

  • Manage and providing mentorship to a direct report in support of these goals

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Four year degree from a recognized college or university.

  • 8+ years of employment in a related position preferably in a variety of healthcare settings.

  • An advanced degree (MS, MBA, and/or MPH) from a recognized college or university is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a strategy-oriented role, such as consulting or internal strategy

  • Ability to break down and solve complex problems in creative, effective ways

  • Ability to collaborate effectively both within Product, across Crossover and with senior leadership

  • Strong communication skills, and an ability to reach alignment across multiple stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on the right things when there are many competing priorities

  • Comfortable in ambiguity, and flexibility in the face of changing needs

  • Self-starter able to lead initiatives independently and push through obstacles

  • Data and measurement-driven mindset, and the requisite analytical skills (e.g., the ability to model ROI)

  • Ability to mentor and manage others effectively

The base pay range for this position is $168,004.00 to $235,206 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
