Conjured is looking for a customer support specialist to join our team part-time or on a monthly retainer basis. With that said, here are your primary responsibilities:- Interface with clients via email or chat to provide answers to their questions regarding our apps- Handle scheduled customer calls and demos as needed- Escalate issues to another team member if necessary- Facilitate communication between the engineers and the client when more technical assistance is required- Write documentation and help articles as needed- Occasionally write blog articlesCompensation & Additional Details- Hourly rate starting at $25/hr- Compensation includes a profit share- Flexible schedule- Remote position (North/South American timezone required)- Opportunity to grow into a full-time position if there is a mutual fit/desireAbout UsConjured was founded with the belief that we could build freedom in our lives through software.
