Conjured is looking for a customer support specialist to join our team part-time or on a monthly retainer basis. With that said, here are your primary responsibilities: Interface with clients via email or chat to provide answers to their questions regarding our apps; Handle scheduled customer calls and demos as needed; Escalate issues to another team member if necessary; Facilitate communication between the engineers and the client when more technical assistance is required; Write documentation and help articles as needed; Occasionally write blog articles.Compensation & Additional Details: Hourly rate starting at $25/hr; Compensation includes a profit share; Flexible schedule; Remote position (North/South American timezone required); Opportunity to grow into a full-time position if there is a mutual fit/desire.About Us: Conjured was founded with the belief that we could build freedom in our lives through software.
