Clara did inventive work on Human-in-the-Loop NLP systems and built one of the earliest well-loved conversational UX products. In 2019, the business was acquired by TopFunnel (https://topfunnel.co), which continues to operate the service, and Twitter acquired the R&D talent and some IP to apply towards content moderation.
