About Cassidy

At Cassidy, we're building software that helps teams move faster by automating complex, high-leverage workflows with AI. Our platform lets companies deploy AI agents and automations inside business-critical processes. Not just to eliminate busywork, but to run real operational work across the tools they already use.

We're a Series A company based in New York, backed by leading investors and growing quickly with customers across insurance, financial services, and beyond.

About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring at Cassidy.

This is a rare opportunity to own a recruiting function end to end at an early-stage company. You'll run every search from intake to offer accept, build the process and infrastructure behind it, and have a direct hand in shaping the team as we scale. You'll partner closely with our founders and functional leaders on hiring across go-to-market, engineering, technical solutions, and marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting end to end — intake, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to generate strong pipeline for every open role
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and keep searches moving
  • Design and improve interview processes — scorecards, structured loops, and debriefs that keep our bar high and consistent
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience that's transparent, thoughtful, and fast
  • Own our ATS and recruiting data, and report on pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership
  • Strengthen our employer brand through job posts, outreach, and how we show up to candidates

What You'll Bring

  • 2-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, ideally at a startup or high-growth tech company
  • Experience filling both technical and go-to-market roles
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to build a list, write outreach people reply to, and follow up with discipline
  • Excellent judgment on people, and the confidence to push back on a hiring manager when you disagree
  • A high-ownership, low-ego approach — you're comfortable building process from scratch and doing the details yourself
  • Clear, direct communication and strong organizational habits across multiple open searches

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for AI or technical enterprise SaaS companies
  • Experience as the first or only recruiter at a company
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting and sourcing tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter)
