Austin, TX (Full-Time) | Reports to VP of Sales | ~30% Travel

If you can hunt, run a tight consultative process, and consistently close $100K–$500K+ multi-stakeholder deals in health & wellness… this is a very real seat.

We don’t aggregate away the signal. We provide the data infrastructure researchers, clinicians, and health innovators build on.

  • OTE: $300K (50/50 base/variable)

Who you are

You’re a consultative closer with deep roots in health & wellness and a proven track record closing complex deals >$100K ACV. You have (or can quickly build) executive trust with Benefits/HR leadership, clinical stakeholders, and procurement—and you love the pace of a team that expects you to own your number.

What you’ll do
  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close → handoff
  • Build a self-sourced pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals + inbound support
  • Close mid-market + enterprise accounts across health systems, insurers/TPAs, digital health, and self-insured employers
  • Run disciplined deal management with pipeline hygiene + forecasting in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bring market feedback to sharpen messaging and influence roadmap
What we’re looking for (must-haves)
  • 3–5 years full-cycle B2B sales; consistent wins on $100K+ ACV deals
  • Success selling into health & wellness (digital health, benefits, health systems, insurance, etc.)
  • Existing contacts and comfort calling on decision-makers (HR/Benefits and/or clinical leaders)
  • Executive presence + comfort navigating procurement, legal, compliance
  • Startup-level adaptability (ambiguity doesn’t scare you, it energizes you)
