Job Overview

At Beli, product development is highly collaborative and hands-on. As a Product Manager at Beli, you will help shape product strategy and lead the research, design, development, launching, measuring, and iteration of Beli iOS and Android app features. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and designers to build features that drive user growth, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Product research and design
    • Conduct product, user, and quantitative research to inform the prioritization and design of app features
    • Work closely with engineers and designers to define high-quality product experiences
  • Development and execution
    • Partner with engineering to build and launch product features
      Determine the scope, prioritization, and timeline for new features
    • Contribute to product decisions throughout implementation
  • Measurement and iteration
    • Define success metrics and evaluate feature performance
    • Conduct A/B tests and quantitative analyses to measure impact
    • Use data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience building consumer products
  • Experience with social, discovery, or personalization-driven products
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Deep user empathy and passion for the product
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • High ownership, "roll up your sleeves" mentality, and intellectual curiosity

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience. This position includes meaningful early-stage equity.
