This role supports both the New Hire lifecycle and key Talent Management processes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for employees, managers, and People & Culture partners.
In addition to executing onboarding and pre-hire processes, this role contributes to the operational delivery and continuous improvement of talent programs such as performance cycles.
This role is expected to build foundational knowledge of talent management processes and systems while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Execute end-to-end onboarding and pre-boarding processes, ensuring new hires complete required tasks accurately and on time.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, providing clear guidance and support throughout the onboarding experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to resolve hiring and onboarding issues, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Perform position management and employee data updates in Workday, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
- Audit new hire records and documentation to ensure data accuracy and that all required documents are correctly stored in the employee document management system.
- Provide backup support for Talent Management processes (for example, performance cycles) to ensure continuity and consistent execution.
- Execute operational processes related to talent management programs, such as performance cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness in Workday.
- Support the administration of performance review cycles, including system support, employee/manager guidance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update process documentation and knowledge content to ensure clarity and consistency.
What You'll Need to be Successful
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience, with 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting onboarding, HR operations, or employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience using HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate employee data and documentation.
- Ability to follow established processes, apply company policies, and use judgment within defined guidelines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support employees and partners clearly and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting onboarding or new hire processes in a global or multi-country environment.
- Exposure to Talent Management or Learning and Development processes.
- Experience auditing HR data or maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Familiarity with HR case management or ticketing tools.
