Avalara is hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager France to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and customer expansion in the French market.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for owning the France marketing plan end-to-end from demand generation and field marketing to customer expansion and local PR/communications.
You will partner closely with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to deliver measurable pipeline impact aligned to AOP targets. You will also manage our local PR agency to strengthen Avalara's brand presence and market positioning in France.
You will report to the Senior Director of International Marketing.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- You will develop and execute the France annual marketing plan aligned to regional revenue targets.
- You will own pipeline generation across TOF, MQ, and Stage 0 targets.
- You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, email, ABM, webinars, field events).
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, ICP, and territory priorities.
- Track and report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Own execution of third-party events, roundtables, and partner activations in France.
- Align closely with Partner teams to support co-marketing initiatives.
- Support cross-sell and upsell campaigns aligned to expansion targets.
- Drive customer advocacy, reference development, and localized success stories.
- Partner with Customer Success to support retention and product adoption initiatives.
- Manage Avalara's French PR agency to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with global positioning while tailored to the French market.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and budget utilization.
- Own France marketing budget allocation and optimization.
What You'll Need to be Successful
What You Bring
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong demand generation and pipeline ownership experience.
- Experience managing local PR agencies and communications strategy.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales leadership.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed international organization.
