As an Effectiveness Analyst on GTM Strategy and Operations, you’ll identify high-impact workflow problems and deliver scalable automations and AI agents that help teams move faster and operate more efficiently. You’ll own end-to-end outcomes—from process design through secure implementation in partnership with IT, Architecture, and Security.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
You will identify and prioritize workflow friction across GTM teams, then redesign processes to be simpler, faster, and automation-ready. You will develop and support automation and AI-enabled workflows using n8n and related tools, integrating with Salesforce and other GTM systems through APIs, webhooks, and data flows. You will run pilots, document SOPs, and enable adoption through training and clear rollout plans. You will maintain and improve what you ship by tracking metrics, addressing issues, and partnering with IT, Architecture, and Security on governance and standards.
What You'll Need to be Successful
4+ years improving GTM workflows in Sales, Partner, Business Systems, GTM Strategy/Operations, or Process Automation roles in a SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience building and supporting production automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platforms.
Experience integrating automations with Salesforce and other GTM systems using APIs/webhooks and structured data (e.g., JSON).
Demonstrated ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, translate them into clear process maps/requirements, and deliver working solutions end-to-end.
Experience partnering with IT, Architecture, and/or Security to ship compliant, governed automations in an enterprise environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting workflow recommendations, rollout plans, and impact metrics to cross-functional stakeholders.
