We are seeking a Senior People Analytics Consultant to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will move beyond transactional reporting to proactively diagnose trends, uncover insights, and develop predictive and prescriptive analytics that shape our workforce strategy and overall employee experience.
You will partner closely with People & Culture leaders, business leaders, and Finance to translate complex data into clear narratives, recommendations, and scenario-based insights that inform people programs and executive decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with strategic curiosity and business acumen.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Lead advanced analysis of workforce data to identify trends, drivers, and risks across the employee journey
Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify bottlenecks, and model the impact of changes to respective COE and stakeholder strategies, functional capacity, or process design.
Design insight-driven dashboards and analytics products that move beyond “what happened” to answer why it happened and what should we do next.
Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, delivering concise executive-ready insights and storytelling for senior leadership.
Partner with People and Culture leadership and business stakeholders to define key questions, success metrics, and hypotheses before analysis begins.
Build scalable, automated data models and reporting frameworks using Power BI, Excel (Power Query / Power Pivot / DAX), and HRIS data to support ongoing decision-making.
Own monthly and quarterly analytics deliverables, continuously evolving them to reflect changing business priorities rather than static reporting.
Ensure data quality, governance, and analytical rigor, including validation of assumptions, methodology documentation, and consistency across platforms.
Serve as a thought partner to People Analytics peers, contributing to best practices in people analytics, forecasting, and measurement.
What You'll Need to be Successful
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Applied Social Science (Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, Economics), Information Systems (HRIS), Data Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience delivering insight-driven workforce analytics, with examples of influencing decisions — not just producing reports.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel, including data modeling and DAX.
Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt); strong SQL skills preferred for data exploration, validation, and advanced analysis
Experience working with HCM data (Workday preferred)
Experience with predictive techniques (e.g., regression, trend forecasting, scenario modeling) and translating results for non-technical audiences.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to challenge assumptions, frame the right questions, and influence stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and independently drive analytical work from question to recommendation.
