As a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager - key focus area on ABM - you will execute programs that accelerate growth in our enterprise segment. This role will focus on engaging the world’s largest and most complex organizations—many of which are navigating ERP transformations, cloud migrations, and global expansion—and positioning Avalara as their trusted partner in reducing tax compliance complexity and risk.
You will be on the revenue marketing team collaborating closely with enterprise sales, partner marketing, and product marketing to deliver targeted, personalized programs that build relationships with executive stakeholders, influence pipeline, and drive revenue. What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Owns planning and execution for multi-channel campaigns, identifies funnel gaps, proposes optimizations, and refines targeting by audience, geo, and messaging. Looks holistically across inbound, outbound, and partner channels to optimize for total target attainment.
Leads execution of multi-touch programs across inbound, outbound, and partner channels. Balances net-new launches with in-market optimization; ensures precise, timely delivery and performance tuning.
Owns channel strategy for campaign portfolio; balances mix across funnel stages to drive lead flow, quality, and acceleration. Partners with channel teams to plan investments and optimize based on conversion efficiency and pipeline impact.
Leads channel readiness across inbound, outbound, and partner plays. Collaborates closely with channel owners to align targeting, messaging, and launch timing, and adjusts inputs based on early performance signals.
Leverages B2B marketing platforms (6sense, Marketo, ON24, Power BI) to orchestrate performance. Uses AI to accelerate workflows, optimize targeting, and improve conversion. Works with Marketing Ops to evolve tech usage based on segment goals.
Leads cross-functional collaboration at the peer level; aligns campaign strategy and execution with BDR, Sales, and Partner leads to support funnel conversion.
Owns AQL, MQL, and SQL targets for assigned programs, segments, and teams
Contributes to pipeline creation through campaign execution and optimization
What You'll Need to be Successful
- 5-10 years of relevant experience. 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience. Track record of owning integrated campaigns and working with Sales or RevOps partners to drive results.
- Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of performance metrics and ROI-based decision-making
- Extreme attention to detail, time management, organization skills.
- Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and presentation skills.
- Must have a positive and adaptable attitude for working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, cloud transformation, or compliance/regulatory industries.
- Background in building ABM programs for Fortune 1000 or global enterprises.
