Job Description

What You'll Do

As our Billing Analyst you will ensure accurate billing through the optimization and improvement of the Billing processes. The Billing Analyst will analyze processes within the Billing function, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, and then manage the projects through to completion. You will understand the Billing processes with an end-to-end perspective to allow insight to the growth of not only their process area, but also upstream and downstream processes. You will document the processes and ensure they follow best practices across the global teams, facilitating training. You will report to the Director, Billing services. This is a remote position in the United States.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• You will be the process expert for Billing

• Analyze, document, and map operational processes

• Plan, perform and implement process improvement plans

• Manage projects using established project management methodologies

• Create best practice documentation and facilitate training across global teams

• Track and communicate project statuses

• Participate in system implementations by defining requirements, supporting testing and validations and business readiness for their area of expertise

• Collaborate with teams to ensure successful outcomes

• Coordinate several user acceptance testing with end-users


What You'll Need to be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in a billing role at a SaaS company with revenues of at least $100 million

• Understanding of process-mapping methodologies

• Experience with project management

• Ability to identify alternatives, make objective recommendations, and collaborate with others to accomplish goals

• Intermediate experience of Excel and Salesforce

Pay Range Details


The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.


Colorado $62,800-$97,400 (annually)
Washington $62,800-$107,800 (annually)
California $62,800-$117,800 (annually)
NYC $76,000- $117,800 (annually)


The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
